Ordered flowers for next day delivery, was sent an email notification the flowers were delivered.Overall really good experience.Two recommendations for areas of improvement:1. I received 5 emails saying my order was received rather than just one. I had to call them to confirm I wouldn't be charged 5 times for my one order.2. The flowers were delivered to a funeral, as such, we don't get to see them. Would have loved a picture or something of the sort to see what the flowers looked like that got delivered. As their website does say that subsitutions can apply if they are out of something or if it is not season.
