I had a really great experience with Flower Fantasy! Because of covid-19, I had to do my order online but it was very easy. Some of the flowers I chose were out of stock, but someone from the store called me to come up with a solution. They allowed me to modify the order or to get a refund. I chose to let them modify the order with different flowers of the same colour, and both bouquets I ordered turned out gorgeous! The pickup was also easy, I got to the store and called them and they brought my flowers for me outside. I would definitely order from this store again in the future!
